Community Associations: Riverchase property owners are members of two associations, the Greentree Village Community Association (GTVCA) and the Riverchase Trail Association (RCTA). The GTVCA provides for the community, civic, and social welfare of its property owners as well as architectural control, maintenance of common areas and deed restriction enforcement. The RCTA provides maintenance for the greenbelts, landscape, and major thoroughfare landscape reserves. Both associations assess homeowners yearly.
