Kings Point is divided into 3 individual neighborhood enclaves:  The Point, The Trace, and Magnolia Trace.  Homes in Kings Point range from the $250s to $1 million dollars. The Point offers new custom homes from the $375s to $600s.  The Trace (at the Reserve) offers new custom homes from the low $350s to $600s.  Magnolia Trace offers new custom homes from the mid $300s to the $390s.  The builders establish prices.
